ALUMNI REUNIONS

Perhaps nothing in the history of the school so fully proves its great value as the Alumni reunions. These occur at intervals of three years, when from one hundred and fifty to sixty of the graduates, members of the Alumni Association assemble at the school. They pay their own way, run their own meetings, and enjoy themselves more than any equal number of people anywhere. As an assemblage of the graduates of the school they form a body of whom any school might well be proud, and all look forward to "Reunion Year" with pleasure. What our pupils do after leaving school may be judged from the following partial list: (alphabetized by webmaster)

For many years it has been a custom for the old pupils of our School to assemble here and hold a rather informal reunion, with a program for a part of the day, and social intercourse and the renewal of old friendships all the time. In accordance with that custom, about three hundred of our former pupils, organized as the Michigan Association of the Deaf, assembled here on June 20th, 1911, and spent four days discussing subjects of all kinds.
