Partnerships and corporations of more than one-name are indexed under each name. Indexing is by proper names without regard for titles such as Mr., Mrs., Dr., Hon., Rev., Judge etc.

     Pages without numbers which were inserted into the numbering system have been given the number of the page preceding their insertion followed by letters A, B, C.

    (This is also the system used by the webmaster when renumbering of the illustrations was done for indexing.)
