A City of Factories and Homes" (1913?) 

This is the Commercial Club of Beatrice's booklet to persuade people and industry to choose their city to live and do business in. The images are neat and the story has some interesting facts there. While there was no actual date listed on the cover or title page it did mention the year 1913 in several places inside the book so that is how I decided that it was about that time frame.
