Sherri  Brakenhoff who has been a long time member of the NEGenWeb group was more than pleased to transcribe this item for researchers! She notes that there are numerous misspellings in the names and incomplete or incorrect descriptions of the land parcels. She has also scanned in the ads for your benefit.
